Inspection at Delivery

You may open and inspect your parcel in front of the courier before paying.

• If the item is defective or differs from your order, you may refuse it at no cost, and we will send the correct item free of charge.
• Refusing a correct, undamaged item is treated as a refused delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a printing or manufacturing defect, or differs from what you ordered in size, design or item, we will replace it free of charge — including all shipping costs.

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Exchanges

Ready-design laptop sleeves may be exchanged for a different size or design. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your new sleeve is printed especially for you and delivered within 5–8 business days.
• Our courier collects the original item at the same visit — no separate return trip required.
• Exchange shipping and any price difference are payable by the customer.

Returns

Ready-design laptop sleeves may be returned. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product price is refunded within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
• Original shipping fees, return shipping and online payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Conditions

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• The product label must remain attached — it identifies your item.
• One exchange or return per order.

3-Month Print Warranty

Our prints are made to last. Within 3 months of delivery, if the print fades, peels or cracks under normal use, we will replace your sleeve free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

• Cuts, tears, burns or stains.
• Machine washing, harsh cleaning agents or exposure to high heat.
• Normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse.

Refunds & Payment Methods

• Cash on delivery: refunds are issued via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
• Online payments: refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason incur shipping costs on our side. Future orders from the same phone number will require prepayment.

How to Submit a Request

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the item.
3. Our team confirms the solution and arranges the courier.
